RTF Template for Journey and Checklist

Hi,

We have multiple PDF documents which consist of images, tables and text. We are converting those PDFs to RTFs using online converters to use them for Native E-signature for our Journey task. But upon conversion we notice that our RTFs either gets distorted, content changes to junk characters or some alignment issues occurs.

Can anyone suggest a better way to convert PDFS to RTFs so that these issues do not occur or if there's a better alternative to handle RTFS.
