Purchase Order Creation fails for a Dropship SO for a service item

Summary:

We are unable to create an Open Purchase Order automatically once a dropship SO is submitted.

The error we get on Purchase Order is "You must enter either a requested date or a promised date for planned items."

I am attaching the Item, Sales Order and Purchase Order document in the attachment.

We are not facing the same issue for an inventory item, the item we are using here is a service item.
