Not able to have end date for Lumpsum Program

Summary: Dont see an option to enter the end date and edit the start date and have the accruals to be generated over a period.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

1) The ability to have an end date. Currently the lumpsum program is not having an end date. Without end date how can the validity of the program be determined?

2 ) Not able to change the start date of Lumpsum program.

3) As soon as the lumpsum program is activated the whole amount is accrued. How can the amount be accrued over a period of time of program validity?
