PR Amount to change to zero based on PR header DFF

We have a requirement to make the Purchase Requisition Amount to 0 whenever the Requisition header DFF 'PR_TYPE' is chosen as' Budgetary Quotation'. Please let us know if it is feasible or not using the Sandbox changes Attached the screenshots
