Unable to add candidates to linked req 23D without clearing cookies

Summary:

Ever since testing and switching to patch 23D my company cannot move candidates to linked reqs without clearing their cookies and cache in between each candidate they need to move to a Linked Req. ORC support says this is a bug that will not be resolved until patch 24A (To view details about the provided solution, search for bug # 35671407 after selecting the Updates & Updates tab on My Oracle Support). I believe it has something to do with the recommended recent reqs feature in patch 24D. Has anyone found a way to deactivate this feature or a viable work around? My company does mass hiring this time of year and is projected to hire 30K before patch 24A. Having to log out, clear cookies, and then back in (while authenticating) in between moving each candidate is not a viable option.
