View future salary records in Directory

Hello all,

I would like to ask a question regarding current and future salary visibility in Directory. As per my understanding we are only able to view the current salary. But are we able to view the future salary in Directory?

We can view in the second picture that after click on edit the current salary, a warning regarding future salary records exists appears. But are we able to view this record in Directory as we are able in Person Management?
