About Email sending queues in active and inactive campaigns
Greetings community.
It asks us about the email sending limits per day for each contact and possible pending email scenarios when a campaign ends.
I was reviewing this documentation on Email Delevering https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/marketing/eloqua-user/Help/Deliverability/Deliverability.htm where I found this:
"Enterprise accounts are limited to 50,000 emails in a rolling 24-hour period and sending rates must not exceed 18,000 emails per minute. Approved senders will be limited to 10,000 for enterprise customers. Maximum messages size including base64 encoding and headers is 2MB. Email Delivery supports high volume, but the limit is set as a safeguard for our customers' reputations.
