How to populate DFF value based on another DFF value during external supplier registration

Hi,

I have defined two DFFs on the external supplier registration page. One is requester email id and another is department. Requirement is when supplier selects the value in requester email id field during registration then value in department field should be populated automatically. Real case - E.g. when supplier selects 'prathamesh.jadhav@abc.com' in the Requester Email ID field then department value should be populated as 'Information technology' automatically.

Requirement is supplier is supposed to select the SPOC from business end. Supplier is not aware about the department he is dealing with during registration. But business wants to maintain the department wise data during onboarding phase. So When supplier selects email if of SPOC, department of that SPOC should be populated automatically during registration and same data should be flown to supplier master.
