Will the data access also be granted to the proxy users if a user delegate his financial role

Summary:

A user wanted to delegate his financial/SCM role to another user (e.g. Accounts Payable Manager role). Will the data access of that user also be automatically delegated to the other user?

For example: User A wanted to delegate his Accounts Payable Manager role to User B. User A has data access to the US and Canada Business Unit. Will User B have access also to the US and Canada Business Unit once User A delegated the role to him? Or do we still need to manually assign the data access to User B?
