Can we translate the custom error and validation error messgaes

Summary:

we are using 2 languages in the system ,so when it comes to translate from English to Arabic all the standard fields & error messages are coming automatically.

custom labels we translated using interface tool but for custom error messages and validation messages not able to find in user interface tool to modify. Is there a way to translate the custom error messages.
