We have configured the Job Offer RTF template by adding the signature of the CEO into the Job Offer RTF template, with a condition as below:

If the Offer Status is approved or Extended or Accepted then display the signature

This approach is working fine except when the recruiter downloads the Offer Template at the time of Creating the offer and attaching it again after adding some extra details.

When the recruiter download the Offer and upload it again as per the above screenshot, when the Offer Is finally approved the Signature is not showing only in this case.
