ORA_HRX_GB_OUTPUT_CONTROL - stopping live transmissions from non-production environments

edited Nov 28, 2023 12:44PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 5 comments

Summary:

There is a common lookup setting that prevents live transmission of UK RTI and UK emailed P45s from non-production environments, but it doesn't appear possible to set both at the same time.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

In Common Lookups, there is a lookup type - ORA_HRX_GB_OUTPUT_CONTROL

Adding the lookup codes RTI_SEND_LIVE_ENV and P45_EMAIL_LIVE_ENV should prevent live RTI transmissions and live emailed P45s being processed from non-prod environments.

However, these seem to need the 4-character environment code from the Production URL to be specified in the "Meaning" column so that they know which environment is Production. But you can't enter the same code in the Meaning column for both because Meaning has to be unique within a lookup type.

Howdy, Stranger!
