We have a requirement to ensure NIable Pay applicable once we exclude of Apprenticeship Levy from the LRU.

As per Doc ID 2267995.1 it was mentioned that NIable Pay is applicable to Apprenticeship Levy if no employees are excluded. I just want to know if we exclude Apprenticeship Levy from the LRU, did the NIable Pay not applicable? If so, which places can I validate if NIable Pay is visible or not?

The Apprenticeship Levy is based on the ‘Employer Pay Bill for Apprenticeship Levy’ balance (GB_NI_ER_PAY_BILL_AL_CORE_GRP_TU_TYTD) which is effectively NIable Pay if no employees are excluded.
