Ohio School District tax not is not an option in the drop down on the Tax Card

Summary:

We have an employee that lives in Ohio but works in Indiana. We have verified the Ohio address as being in the school district Mississinawa Township, when we go to the tax card that school district is not an option in the drop down or search menu.

How do I get Vertex to recognize that school district with that address?
