How to change Account DCL Search and Select on Activity to match other objects

Summary:

I'm unsure on how to update the Account DCL field Search and Select on Activity. It does not look like other objects. (see screenshot 1). I have another environment where it looks like all other Search and Select windows (see screenshot 2)
