Our Client has a workflow as 


1. ORC candidate -> Core HR Pending worker -> Integration to send pending worker data to 3rd party -> Hiring the employees back to Core HR from 3rd party through data load/integration.


2. Here the issue is when 3rd party comes into the flow instead of conversion of pending worker in oracle system the candidate and hired employee relationship is breaking. which is causing a huge pile up of pending worker active relationships creating a confusion in Core HR and also in ORC(HR, processing in progress).
