Assign Expense Report to another auditor

Assign Expense Report to another auditor, when auditor goes on leave not able to complete the Expense Report Auditing.

We are aware that this can be achieved by adding seeded 'Expense Audit Manager Role' and person who is HCM manager of 2 auditors can re assign the Expense reports from one Auditor to other.

But most of the business users are already having custom version of Expense Auditor Role, hence we are looking for privilege or any security policy that can enable HCM manager to select one of the reportees from LOV can be added into our custom Role instead of assigning seeded Expense Audit manager role.
