Is there a way we can input Requested Delivery Date in PR based on Item Lead Time?

I mean let's say if a Item has Lead Time of 30 days; can we have a mechanism or functionality where if a User raises PR; the "Requested Delivery Date" get's Auto Populated (sysdate+30) when user inputs the Item Code in Enter Requisition Line?

As well as Oracle Fusion doesn't allow user's to update the "Requested Delivery Date" before the calculated date (sysdate+30).
