Loading History Candidate Job Application

Summary:

Our client have already implemented Core HR and now we are bringing their Taleo data to fusion ORC. 

For the data migration phase, We have processed Candidates Job applications (History applications), these candidates from Taleo are already an Employee/Pending worker in exisiting Core HR

How do we load job applications history for these Core HR Employees. If we cannot load these, what is the best work around for these cases.
