New fields to be added in Provide Additional Document Link of candidate.

Summary:

We need to add some additional field like Previous Employment, Higher education in 'Provide Additional Document' Link which is triggered to candidate's mail in 'Offer' phase.

Please let us know if it is feasible to update the link and if it is feasible please provide the navigation for the same.
