How to Disable AtkHomePageWelcome and default FuseWelcome page

Summary:

One of our clients has requested the below requirement. Kindly provide me your Inputs to achieve the below task.

Client don't want to use classic UI Home Page in their environment which ends which AtkHomePageWelcome.

For example:https://hdoi-dev1.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/AtkHomePageWelcome

Instead they want always to open Simplified UI Home Page whose url end with FuseWelcome

For example.https://hdoi-dev1.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/FuseWelcome

We got the below document from oracle website

we have followed the same steps and did not worked as expected. Kindly suggest how we can achieve this in Oracle fusion.
