LinkedIn - The redirect_url does not match the registered value

Summary:

When a worker selects the LinkedIn button from the Import Your Profile screen, the following error occurs. We managed to fix this before by following the steps provided in this document "Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Error with LinkedIn Parsing: "The redirect_uri does not match the registered value." (Doc ID 2473556.1).

Why are we still getting this error even though we didn't do anything in the setup?
