level updated in Geography structure not available under list of Values

Summary:

Hi,

Currently we have only Level 1 : City under geography structure, We wanted to update the Level 1 as state and level 2 as City.

We have added new level under Geography structure, and then the Geography Exists at Level is not updated to Green

We want to change the levels City to Level 2 and also state to level 1. Can anyone help on this.
