How to hide/eliminate a section in the page layout

Summary:

In the Lead page in CX there is a section that i need to eliminate or hide, when i try to modify the page layout of Lead, that section is not there to eliminate or hide.

This is how the page looks like and that is the section that im trying to eliminate or hide.

This is how the page layout looks like when trying to find that section

The “Contact Address” section is not there.

Does anybody have an idea of what is happening?
