How to Add Contact Records to Workers LOV for a Specific Search Field
Rice University has the option to add an existing person as a Family and Emergency Contact. Currently the person search excludes contact records, causing confusion for employees and duplicate contacts for the Benefits module. I believe this behavior is due to the Search for an Existing Person lookup referencing the Workers LOV, which would exclude contact and dependent records (see screenshot below).
My questions are:
- Is there an LOV for all persons in our Fusion environment (I have done research, and it appears that the Workers LOV is the only one available, but would like to confirm)?
- If there's not an expanded LOV for all persons, is it possible to expand the Workers LOV to include contact/dependent records?
