Summary:

We have expense reports that get escalated to the next level when the approver does not take action in 6 days .However there are situations where even the next level approver does not take action in such cases the notification expires and the report goes into "Rejected" status .

We want to know if there's a way where the submitter gets a notification when such escalations get expired and rejected?

Per our research there's no way such notifications can be sent to the submitter.
