email is not being receive by personal email for home email

Summary:

We are having issues in receiving the email notification for task assigned combined notification(ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_CONSOLIDATED) when the email that is categorized is home email. We also observed that, when we change the email type to work email, the notification is successfully received.

Is there any other token that can be used for the recipients so it can be receive properly
