Import Purchase Order With Reference to an Approved Requisition

Summary:

Our customer would like to create Purchase Orders in Oracle Cloud from a Legacy system referencing a previous approved Purchase Requisition created in Oracle Cloud. The PO could be created via FBDi or REST API.

Regarding the FBDi approach, there's a formal feedback from Oracle explaining this is not possible (Doc ID 2715795.1).

However, regarding the approach to create a PO using REST API and consuming an approved requisition created previsouly in Oracle Cloud there's no documentation and/or not to confirm this possibility.

Could you please confirm if it's possible attend this requirement using REST API?

If yes, please confirm which REST API could be used.
