Ability to view expense reports submitted

Summary:

I haven’t been successful in clearing out the saved search for expense reports submitted in the last 6 months in Manage Expense Reports. Trying the “Gear” icon & Advanced Search > Manager Expense Reports. Any ideas on how an employee can look back at expense reports beyond the 6 months in Manage Expense Reports?
