Start Real Time supply update not working as expected

Summary:

On Hand = 100

Sales order created for 100 and all stock is consumed. Now there is more stock added through PO receipt on same day but when new order is created, it says no stock. This data is not visible in GOP.

Have a rule created for Real time update for these items. However when we run this program, it always completes in below warning.

"No supply updates ran between Min END_SCN:74726697383 and Max END_SCN: 74726697383"


Have read in other posts that this program is not required to be run post HVGOP enabled. If that is the case, why is current on hand not getting reflected in GOP? Am i missing any step?
