I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rohil and I am writing to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I've been facing in the Oracle Free Tier.


**Error Details:**

I have encountered the error message "Authorization failed or requested resource not found" consistently, despite staying within the free tier limits and ensuring responsible usage. This issue has been affecting my ability to Create Instance . Also Old Instance Has been ShutDown due to this error
