We have Hiring manager role with Candidate Security profile restricted by business unit. Since internal candidates can see all the job Posted in Organization , they can apply for any job posted in the organization. Now we would like to restrict from Hiring manager level that he should be able to see internal applicants applied for job from other business unit.
