Oracle Recommendation to change Payroll Cost Allocation Structure due to finance implementation.
Summary:
Customer is Live with Cloud HCM, including Cloud Payroll and payroll costing.
They are looking to implement Cloud Finance with new CoA, so the Cost Allocation Structure will differ.
What is the Oracle recommended approach to amend a current payroll Cost Allocation Structure due to new CoA, please?
Considering the fact we can't add new Payroll Cost Allocation Structure to the LDG?
We consider amending the existing Payroll Cost Allocation Structure:
- disable the segments that won't be used in the new CoA.
- amend (re-name) existing segments if they still be used in the new CoA but with different name
