BU and Legal Entity field to make mandatory and blank at subscription creation

Summary:

The customer has an entreprise business model where one BU has multiple legal entities assigned to it.

Currently at subscription creation, the BU field gets populated automatically with the default BU and the legal entity field with the primary legal entity of the subscription. I have not been able to do the following:

- Make either the BU field and Legal entity fields mandatory

- Leave the legal entity field empty so the users is promted to make a choice - when pre-filled it leads to errors as users can forget to fill in the right legal entity. Please advices on possible solutions for this.
