We disabled employee referral options at go live as we have an internal employee referral tool. This is being reevaluated and wanted to familiarize my self with the capabilities of the HCM referral offering however have been unable to find documentation on how referrals work in HCM, for example if they can be general referrals or job specific only, what the validity period of referrals are, options to collect custom data during the referral proces...

Can any one point me to documentation on referrals?
