Summary: We have a need to schedule an annual journey based on the completion date of the journey. Every year on the same day, we'd like to schedule this same journey to assign to those who've completed the journey. If someone starts on Jan 15, completes the journey on Jan 20, we need the journey to assign again one year later on Jan 20.
