Inputs needed: HR Rep needs a CLAIM option to approve the HR Transactions requested by Line Manager.

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have configured 15+ workflow rules for the Termination transaction in the BPM Advanced Mode. The rules are not configured in Transaction Console.

We are expecting the no. of rules will be increased further based on the business requirements to other countries.

When there is HR Transaction say Termination requested by Line Manager, then the notification should reach group of HR Reps, one of them should CLAIM and approve the transaction.

I know that there are 2 methods to achieve this,

One method is to create a SHELL APPLICATION ROLE in security console and assign it to all the HR Reps, hence the HR Rep can get a CLAIM option while approving the transaction submitted by managers.
