I would like to know what it takes to display Header DFF in Responsive SSP

In Classic SSP, I enabled Requisition Header DFF and displayed them using Personalization.

I am in the process of testing Responsive SSP in Oracle lab instances. I cannot figure out how to display the header DFF in Responsive.

Do I need Visual Studio for this ? I cannot find any references/articles which mentions what's required.
