Dynamic call of Rate Definition in Absence Fast formula
Summary:
We have a business scenario where there are two different calculations to arrive at the per day rate namely 1)Annualized Salary/260 2) Salary/Number of working days in month.
When an employee is on a leave that spans across months e.g.Unpaid leave from 01-Feb to 15-Mar , then absences for the month of feb has to be calculated with a per day rate as Monthly Salary/Number of working Days as per Schedule. However for the Month of March per day rate has to be calculated as Annualized Salary/260.
Can someone suggest if this can be achieved using rate definition ? if yes then pls suggest how it can done.
