Colorado Family Leave - Private Plan Configuration

Summary: Our customer was approved for a private plan for the CO family Leave; the funds collected stay with the customer, they are not paid to the state each quarter.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The customer was approved for a private plan by the state of CO. We have stopped the CO Family Leave EE/ER deductions for 2023, and refunded the tax to the active employees impacted. The state of CO will handle refunds to the terminated employees. Starting on 1/1/2024, we need to resume taking the tax out, but it should not be included in the seeded tax extracts (periodic and quarterly) that are sent to ADP. Will Oracle be releasing any updates for this, or will directions be provided on how to withhold the tax and exclude it from the extracts.
