TRCS Hybrid model impacting DM Integrations which use Dynamic Calc Members on the Account Dimension

Summary:

After converting TRCS to the Hybrid model we are unable to use Dynamically Calculated Members from the Account Dimension in Data Management Integrations. 

Prior to converting TRCS to the Hybrid model which is required to activate Pillar Two, we were able to use Data Management integrations which used dynamically calculated members in the Source Filter and map these accounts in Data Management. After converting TRCS to the Hybrid model the integration no longer runs because the Account dimension has been converted from a Dense to a Sparse dimension. It appears that Data Management does not support the use of Dynamically Calculated members on a non Dense dimensions.
