NetSuite to PBCS Integration

We are trying to connect our NetSuite and PBCS sandbox/test environments but are getting the attached error. We followed the steps from this guide: Configuring an Oracle EPM Connector SuiteApp for Token-based Authorizations to NetSuite

We used the Key Type Custom, since that was how our production was set up. We are missing something but can't find any documentation to help figure it out.
