ODA vs OGL (Oracle Digital Assistant vs Oracle Guided Learning)
We have started to use the free version of ODA for Expenses and some basic HCM skills. Depending on the response from our user base, we may decide to invest more fully in ODA.
We are also long time users of OGL, but have never had a great engagement from our users.
ODA and OGL, in our minds, overlap quite a bit. We are thinking that if we fully adopt ODA, then we would curtail usage of OGL.
Is anyone else asking themselves the same question? Can ODA achieve the same, or better, success for making Oracle Cloud interaction for our users as easy and painless as possible?
