Requisition Revision and Numbering

we have a major requirement for the requester to be able to initiate a revision for a requisition at any point following the approval of a previous revision. This applies regardless of whether the original or preceding revision of the requisition has been awarded in the RFQ, or if a PO has been issued and approved. All of these changes are to be made solely at the requisition level, with the RFQ or PO being automatically updated. Additionally, the PR Revision should maintain the same number, with the only difference being the revision number.

In addition to the above requirement, Business ask for PRs, RFQs & PO'S to have the same "numbering sequence Logic" in the system with changes only in the Prefix and Suffix to differentiate each stage. This means, including Project number, Year Number, and Department number - before and after the prefix and suffix
