OCI Console - Do we need to create custom IAM domains in Home region only or any subscribed regions

Hi Experts,

We have subscribed two regions.

Home region - Germany Central (Frankfurt)

UK South (London)


Our default domain and SaaS applications related domains (Oracle Apps) created under home region.

so do we need to create custom domains in home region only or other subscribed region also fine ? please confirm.
