Oracle Fusion HCM Homepage Configuration

We have a requirement to change the Oracle Fusion HCM landing display page based on user role.

Example: As an Employee login, user should be able to see grey color homepage and other contents. But when HR login then HR should be able to see the homepage in blue color.

Can you please let us know if is it possible via customization or other way. I can't find any option for the same.
