Is the self-service registration of a Fusion standalone contact possible?
Summary:
Hello,
We are planning to implement the Digital Customer Service for an existing customer.
I have a few questions regarding the self-service registration:
1) Is it possible to use the self-service registration process in DCS for a standalone Fusion contact (i.e. not linked to an account)?
2) Is it possible to automatically register a Fusion contact (standalone or not) without the request being submitted by an Admin?
