Announcement Feature

You know those notifications you see when you log into Eloqua about upcoming maintenance or releases? Did you know that you, as Customer Administrator, can also set custom announcements for your Eloqua instance too?!

Here’s how:

1.     Navigate to the home icon and then select Notifications Center.

2.     Select Manage Announcements on the left-hand side, then select Add Announcement:

3.     Name it and add a Description (optional). The Content section is what users will see upon logging into Eloqua. You can use plain text or Markdown formatting per below table requirements. Note: For images, it is recommended to use 300 x 200 pixel in size.
