Scheduling can't be done because it exceeds the maximum scheduling duration of 12 months

We are trying to create the WO where we are facing this issue.

If we are creating the work order more than 12 month (oracle setup - Maximum Scheduling Duration in Months = 12) before the plant calendar “Effective from Date” then oracle will popup this error while creating the WO.

Here is the example from test environment :

If I create the WO with start date with 01/04/17, it will show the error. Plant calendar “Effective From date” is 01/02/2018.

If I create the WO with start date 01/05/2017 then oracle will not popup the error message and by default WO start date will be equal to Calendar start date i.e. 01/02/18
