Access to see, update and post Field Service Debriefs

Any field service administrator to see, update and post Field Service Debriefs for a Work Area.

We have a requirement that; few specific people other that Field Technicians and their Managers, should have full access of all work order charges created for a specific Work Area. So that, they can update and post the same for further billing.

As per what i have seen, debrief created from Field Services; are only visible to that particular Field Technician and their Managers (as per HCM). And not to any other person.
